Group Leader and Inspector information: CORRES HELD field in CZ

When the volume of claims on hand is such that it would be impractical to connect post with registered claims tell RAs to use the CORRES HELD field.

When there is a date in this field any officer using CL
 

  • will see the error message CLAIM CANNOT PROCEED AS CORRESPONDENCE NOT YET CLEARED
  • must obtain the correspondence and clear the CORRES HELD field before continuing.
