P11D processing: QA/QC for captured forms P11D: cases selected for QA/QC

ECS will automatically select records for QA/QC as the user exits the Capture screen after the P11D information has been captured. Cases selected will be both within and outside the P11D Workflow Management process.

The record selected will be locked and you will be instructed to pass the P11D to your manager for QA/QC checking.

The QA/QC questions will be provided by ECS and the answers will be entered directly onto ECS. The records / database of the QA/QC checks will be retained for audit checks.

The numbers of cases for QA/QC checks are set nationally each year. The cases are selected at random.

When a P11D has been selected, a message will be displayed advising you that the last P11D has been selected for QA/QC. The message will display the National Insurance number and name of the employee

  • Select the [OK] button and pass the batch with form P11D on completion to the QA/QC manager

A Workflow Management batch cannot be returned until any QA/QC cases selected within it has had the QA/QC completed.

Pass any forms P11D selected outside Workflow Management to your manager.
