Work management: PAYE work management system: work item notes (Action Guide)

When you need to create or view a work item note follow steps 1 - 5 below

Create a work item note

  1. Select the Paperclip icon

  2. Select the ‘Take Action’ - ‘Attach a note’ option and make a note in the subject field and the note field

View a work item note

  1. Select the paperclip icon, if there is more than one note you need to

  2. Select the ‘+’ sign - a list of work item notes will be displayed

  3. Highlight the note you want to view
