The Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity Pay (Decisions) Regulations 1999 (SI 1999 No 776)

These came into force on 1st April 1999. They contain provisions concerning

decisions, and
appeals against decisions in relation to entitlements to statutory payments.

The regulations apply to Great Britain.

The Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity Pay (Decisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 (SR 1999 No 159) came into force on 1 April 1999 and apply to Northern Ireland. They mirror the regulations that apply to Great Britain.
