Dunning Lock
This is a processing lock that stops items from being selected for the automatic reminder cycle. The locks are explained in more detail in the table below. For some of the locks an option is available to insert a date in the future when the reminder cycle is to resume. Specifying the appropriate Dunning lock reason can lock individual charges or entire accounts. The reason codes are

The lock codes P and S can be set when using the functions Raise Charge and Maintain Charge.
Charges that are locked will appear on the Dunning Lock report
The locks that are set by the Manage Charge function can be cancelled in the same way they are applied.
