Who

Caseworkers completing Penalties on NPPS

 

 

Important

  • Fields marked with an asterisk are Mandatory

 

  • NPPS will automatically set alerts for certain situations, such as managing suspensions

 

  • You can also set alerts at any time throughout the lifecycle of a case

 

  • Alerts are automatically set where a Suspended Penalty applies. The alert will appear in the workbasket of the team chosen to monitor the Suspension Periods

 

 

Section 1: Set a New Alert

 

Step 1 Select Maintain Alert from the Actions dropdown

 

 

Step 2 Select Add Alert

 

 

Step 3 Complete Alert Title - This field will allow up to a maximum of 20 characters

 

 

Step 4 Complete Alert Date - Enter the date the alert is to be reviewed

 

 

Step 5 Complete Alert Description 

 

 

Step 6 Select Create/Update Alert

 

 

 

Section 2: Delete an Alert

 

Step 1 Select Maintain Alert from the Actions dropdown

 

Step 2 Select the Delete this Alert button that is associated to the alert you want to delete

 

 

 

Section 3: View and Update an Existing Alert

 

 Step 1 Select Maintain Alert from the Actions dropdown

 

Step 2 View and/or update the relevant alert

 

Step 3 Select Create/Update Alert

 

Note: If the alert has expired you can view or update this from your workbasket
