Supporting Guidance: employer compliance: guidance by subject: liaison: within the customer groups

EC is spread across different Customer Groups and consists of a number of teams fulfilling different roles. It is important that:

  • EC staff understand the roles and responsibilities of each team
  • the demarcation lines between each role are clear and fully understood by all staff
  • manager’s make sure effective communication and liaison between teams especially where the EC is on split sites.

This will include liaison between all staff conducting compliance checks and
