EC is spread across different Customer Groups and consists of a number of teams fulfilling different roles. It is important that:
- EC staff understand the roles and responsibilities of each team
- the demarcation lines between each role are clear and fully understood by all staff
- manager’s make sure effective communication and liaison between teams especially where the EC is on split sites.
