When you accept a document, you give it a name to identify it. You must use the appropriate naming convention. This allows other users to find the document. Most Caseflow users should use the general naming convention below.

The MSB naming convention that must be used for both Caseflow2 and CRMM2 systems is:

 

YYYYMMDD_MSB_DOCUMENT NAME_CUSTOMER NAME

 

*Please ensure that the naming convention above is followed in its entirety, Including capital letters and the underscore between each element.
