Added new section as the test for lorries, buses and coaches has been split into 2 parts.

Moved the information about 'reverse left / reverse with trailer' and 'uncouple and recouple' to a new section for off-road exercises tests, as the test has been split into 2 parts.
Changed the pass mark from no more than 15 driving faults to no more than 12 driving faults.
