Report goods that you think infringe your intellectual property rights, even if they’re already being imported.
You can report goods you think infringe your rights before they are imported (or are already being imported).
How to report goods
If you’re an intellectual property rights holder, use the online form to report goods that infringe your rights.
You’ll need to sign in using your Government Gateway user ID and password. If you do not have sign in details you can create a user ID and password.
You’ll need the:
- current application reference number, for example: GB2018001 or UK2018001
- type of right being infringed and relevant registration number
You’ll also need the following if you have them:
- details of the importer and exporter
- details of where, how and when the goods will come into the country
- the consignment number and number of units in the shipment
- any supporting information, for example, photos
