A list of other relevant guidance.
- Local Authorities Coordinators of Regulatory Services (LACORS) guidance (PDF, 1575KB). Non-statutory guidance for landlords and fire safety enforcement officers on the regulatory framework and recommendations on how to ensure adequate fire safety in certain types of residential accommodation. Appendix 2 establishes the Fire Safety Protocol framework for joint working arrangements between local authorities and fire and rescue authorities.
