OPSS grants

Information on OPSS grants to partner organisations to support and expand the reach of consumer messages.

The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) continues to work with and fund partner organisations to support and expand the reach of consumer messages via tailored approaches. This enables us to better reach consumers who may be more vulnerable to the risk of product related harm.

Intended outcomes

The grant programme aims to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Increase consumer awareness of product safety messaging.
  • Empower consumers, especially those at greater risk, to choose and use products more safely.
  • Growth of OPSS networks and reach, expanding the impact of safety campaigns.
  • Improvement of the UK’s product safety landscape, making it safer for everyone.
