The National Housing Bank’s structured real estate finance products can support large, complex and capital-intensive development projects, including infrastructure funding, with senior and mezzanine lending solutions.
We also help housebuilders to grow by supporting land acquisition, multi-site lending, revolving credit facilities, and balance sheet lending via both our core debt products and alongside commercial lenders.
We lend across:
- private for sale housing
- build to rent (Single and multi-family housing)
- later living
We work with a range of partners, from small to large housebuilders, infrastructure developers, land promoters, other lenders to institutional investors – all to accelerate housing delivery. Our specialist teams have expert knowledge in lending, investment, regeneration and placemaking.
We also offer infrastructure grant funding through the National Housing Delivery Fund.
