Manage your DVSA vehicle testing pre-funded account
Check the balance of your pre-funded account, top it up, and view your invoices.
Applies to England, Scotland and Wales
Use this service to:
- view and top up the balance of your pre-funded account
- view past transactions
- add or remove team members who can manage your ATF
You can make payments into your pre-funded account by:
- credit card
- debit card
- Direct Debit
- cheque
You can only use this service if you’ve been invited to by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), after you apply for an account.
You will not be able to top up your pre-funded account by BACS or by using the Transport Office Portal once you’ve been invited to use this service.

Cheques and postal orders must be made payable to ‘Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA)’, crossed ‘Account payee only’. You must also include your pre-funded account number.
