Countries accepted towards issuing Red Ensign Group (REG) Flag State Endorsement
The UK has developed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on behalf of the Red Ensign Group (REG) Category 1 Registers. This permits REG Cat 1 registers to accept CoCs from the table below.
Details of Category 1 members can be found on the REG website. Each register has its own application process for the issue of a FSE.
