How to get access to the Foundry case management system (CMS): Homes for Ukraine

This page tells you how to register as a new user and get support when using the CMS.

Register as a new CMS user

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) uses the Palantir Foundry platform as its CMS for the Homes for Ukraine scheme.

If you work for a council supporting the scheme, you must register as a new user before you can use the CMS.

You can attend the weekly support sessions which are listed in the CMS calendar. Check the calendar for topics, dates and times.

Get support with the CMS

Go to the ‘Get support’ section on the Foundry home page. Here you will find an extensive ‘User guide’, which has many tutorials, how-to articles and videos.

If you cannot find the support you need in the ‘User guide’, you must raise a ticket with the Jira Support Desk. You will need to register on Jira when you use it for the first time.
