  1. Update following the renaming to Lifelong Learning Entitlement (formerly Lifelong Loan Entitlement).

  2. Updated sector names and details of provider funding including the skills injection fund and grant funding for the modular acceleration programme.

  3. Updated to reflect that HTQs started from September 2023 are eligible for the higher education student finance offer.

  4. The 'Funding' section has been updated with guidance for Ofqual-regulated awarding organisations on working with providers that deliver through the higher education student finance system. The amount of funding available via the skills injection fund has changed.
