How to manage your organisation.

If you’re a motor fuel trader admin or point of contact you can manage your organisation settings.

Registering your motor fuel trader point of contact

(Admin only).

You’ll be prompted to register a motor fuel point of contact once you’ve registered the organisation. See ‘Types of account’ for information on this role.

You’ll need to give their:

  • name
  • job title
  • email
  • phone number

If they plan to submit fuel prices by text message (SMS), enter a UK mobile number. Landlines can only be used to submit price changes by automated phone line (IVR).

The nominated person will be sent an email invitation link to activate their Fuel Finder account.

Changing your motor fuel trader point of contact

(Admin only).

  1. Go to ‘Organisation settings’.

  2. Select ‘Change motor fuel trader point of contact’.

  3. Details of the existing contact are displayed. Click ‘Continue’.

  4. Enter the new details.

  5. Click ‘Continue’ to confirm the change.

The nominated person will be sent an email invitation link to activate their Fuel Finder account.

Adding admin users

To add a new admin user:

  1. Go to ‘Organisation settings’.

  2. Select ‘Add or delete admin user’.

  3. A list of the existing admin users is displayed.

  4. Go to ‘Do you want to add an admin user?’ at the bottom of the page and select ‘Yes, invite an admin user’.

  5. Click ‘Continue’.

  6. Enter their email address.

  7. Select ‘Invite admin user’.

The nominated person will be sent an email invitation link to activate their Fuel Finder account.

Deleting admin users

To delete an existing admin user:

  1. Go to ‘Organisation settings’.

  2. Select ‘Add or delete admin user’.

  3. A list of the existing admin users is displayed.

  4. Select ‘Delete this user’ next to the name of the user to be deleted.

  5. Select ‘Yes, delete the admin user’ and click on ‘Continue’.
