Finance for agricultural exports to the UK
AgDevCo provides finance and support to meet environmental, social and governance standards for agricultural businesses exporting to the UK from sub-Saharan Africa.
You can apply for working capital or long-term finance to fund exports and expanding your business. AgDevCo provide this as a loan or equity.
AgDevCo also provides financial and management advice linked to any investments as part of a private equity finance model. Additional technical assistance is also available to help meet environmental, social and governance standards.
Eligibility
AgDevCo is an investor which works with international funders to expand agricultural business in sub-Saharan Africa. It invests in businesses which:
- meet its investment criteria
- offer a development impact and a financial return
- work to AgDevCo’s responsible business principles (PDF, 116.7KB)
