About the private dashboard early adopter scheme

The children’s social care (CSC) private dashboard early adopter scheme is part of our objective to improve how we collect, share and use CSC data to improve the outcomes for children, young people and families.

The scheme provides local authorities in England with the opportunity to work with the Department for Education to test more timely data flows in a secure private access version of the children’s social care dashboard.

The scheme will be delivered across 2 phases:

  • phase 1: technical testing, which will run from July 2025 to September 2025

  • phase 2: main scheme, which will run from October 2025 to September 2026

These dates are subject to change.
