Apply for UKEF export insurance

Make a full application for UK Export Finance (UKEF) export insurance by downloading and filling in the proposal form.

Use this form for either a single or multiple contract policy.

You’ll need your:

• company details and financial information
• buyer’s details
• company’s trading history with the buyer, if you’ve worked together before
• your code of conduct, if you have one

Depending on your export contract, you may also need:

• your buyer’s annual report and accounts
• details about the environmental impact of your export contract

Make a separate application for each buyer you want to export to.
