Adult education budget (AEB) funding rules 2020 to 2021
Sets out the rules that apply to ESFA funded AEB provision for the 2020 to 2021 funding year.

This document sets out the updated position on:
- the reconciliation threshold for ESFA grant funded AEB adult skills in the performance management section
- the learning support section around the use of the individualised learner record and earning adjustment statement
- qualifications that are added to the funding eligibility list for high value courses for school and college leavers and the National Skills Fund level 3 adult offer. These will only become eligible for funding from the publication date on GOV.UK.
