Writing competition to mark International women day in Tunisia

“The woman that inspires me” - English writing competition to celebrate the International Women Day

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

The British Embassy Tunis is delighted to announce an English language writing competition to mark International Women’s Day on 8 March 2014. We invite the submission of articles and/or poems in English language on the theme ‘the woman that inspires me’. The competition aims to highlight the different roles women play in modern and historic Tunisian society.

Conditions

The deadline for entries is Thursday 6 March. Please limit submissions to 500 words max.

The successful entry will be published on our website on 8 March. The winner will be decided by a jury of embassy staff and receive a special mention.
