UK Visas and Immigration in Shanghai will undergo an office move between Friday 12 – Monday 15 December which will impact upon our operation in the short term.

The following services will be affected:

  • 3-5 day Priority Visa service: unavailable from Wednesday 10 to Friday 12 December, at our Hangzhou, Nanjing and Shanghai visa application centers. Service will resume Monday 15 December.
  • Super Priority 24 hour Visa service: unavailable on Friday 12 and Monday 15 December, at our Shanghai visa application centre. Service will resume Tuesday 16 December.

The visa application centres in Hangzhou, Nanjing and Shanghai will operate the standard service as normal during this time.

We are focused on remaining within our service standards. If you require a UK visa and have travel plans during December you should make your application as soon as possible. Please note that you can apply up to three months before your intended travel date. Customers should monitor these web pages for any updates on our service. We apologise for the inconvenience.
