Her Excellency Governor Helen Kilpatrick makes a statement to commemorate the ten year anniversary of Hurricane Ivan
Hurricane Ivan hit the Cayman Islands ten years ago causing widespread devastation and destruction. Today, those images are still strong in the minds of the people of the Cayman Islands.
