Easter office closure in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Due to the Easter holiday, our offices in Sarajevo and Banja Luka will be closed on Friday 29 March and Monday 1 April.

In case of an emergency involving a British national please call our switchboard on + 387 (0)33 282 200 and follow the instructions you hear.

Our Consular Assistance team will be able to assist only if a British national is in need of urgent assistance, for example if they are a victim of crime, hospitalised, caught in an accident, detained or similar.
