Driving Licence

The Korean authorities have advised that they no longer require validated copies of UK drivers licences from those who wish to apply for a Korean licence. They have confirmed that an apostilled UK licence is the only acceptable method. As such, from 1 March 2014 we will no longer issue letters validating UK drivers licences. Details on how to have your UK licence apostilled can be found on our Get a document legalised page. More information on Driving licences and vehicles is available in our Living in South Korea guide.
