Projects must have a clear purpose supported by achievable and measurable outputs (e.g. events and reports) and outcomes (change that is beyond the control of the project implementer) and should deliver value for money (VfM). Please keep proposals as concise as possible and present the purpose of the project as the benefit which you expect to result from the project activities.

Successful bids must demonstrate strong strategic relevance to the areas of programme focus and have a clear focus on delivering change and sustainability. Project impact should last beyond the life of the project itself. Proposals should take into consideration the gender sensitivity, aimed to complete 85% of annual funding allocation by the end of November 2017 and November 2018.

Bidders should fill in the standard Project Proposal Form and include a breakdown of project costs in the Activity Based Budget Form. We will not consider proposals submitted in other formats. Template forms and further guidance are available below.

Proposals should be sent to the British Embassy Yerevan at oksanna.abrahamyan@fco.gov.uk by 6pm (Yerevan time) on 16 May 2017. Post Project Board will evaluate proposals by the end of May the latest.

Please note that bidding is competitive and only selected projects will receive funding.

The Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds of such acceptance or rejection. Due to the volume of bids expected we will not be able to provide feedback on unsuccessful bids.
