This one-off report has been provided in response to the increasing number of requests for information about UK service personnel injured in Afghanistan and the types of injuries sustained.
The report includes numbers of injured UK service personnel with a Field Hospital admission record by mechanism of injury and the numbers of those personnel who have a trauma record by mechanism of injury and type of injury.
