This report presents the latest statistics on the type and volume of tribunal cases received, disposed of and outstanding, and the number of Gender Recognition Certificates applied for and granted in April to June 2026. Additionally, this report includes annual data on adjournments, postponements and sitting days across all tribunals, one statistical notice covering Detained Immigration Appeals, and an annual set of statistics on the Employment Appeal Tribunal for the financial year 2025/26.

The venue-level CSV for the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal has been removed while this data is under investigation. It will be made available once the work is complete and quality assured.
