Transport Statistics Great Britain (TSGB) presents an annual summary of statistics for cross-modal transport topics, mostly relating to the calendar year 2022.
TSGB provides statistics on:
- the use of different modes of transport
- freight and passenger traffic at UK air, rail and sea ports
- use of public transport
- road traffic volumes
- transport expenditure

Please note tables TSGB1302, TSGB1303, TSGB1304 and TSGB1305 have not yet been updated with the latest year’s data. This is due to HM Treasury’s Country and Regional Analysis publication, on which these tables are dependent, being delayed this year, now due to be published on 20 December 2023. The updated TSGB tables will be published in January 2024.
