The data explorer has been developed to support commissioning and to assist with monitoring of local strategies and plans.
The report presents an analysis of:
- smoking prevalence in different population groups
- use of and experience of local authority funded stop smoking services by different populations groups
The data is presented at England, regional and upper tier local authority level.
This data explorer complements data in the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) Smoking profile which has been designed to help local government and health services to assess the effect of tobacco use on their local populations.
