Details

This bulletin presents key statistics on the activity of the PPS, including caseloads and prosecutorial decisions. It also includes data on the outcomes of prosecutions at court. The report provides information for the 2021/22 financial year (i.e. 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022) and includes comparisons with 2020/21. Where appropriate detailed notes have been provided, which give an explanation of the relevant PPS processes and procedures.
