An annual report that presents information on the amount of housing units that were empty, the number of housing units rented to tenants and the number of social housing tenants who were in rent arrears.

Details
Social housing refers to dwellings, bedsits and bedspaces (i.e. housing units) owned, or partly owned, by local authorities and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), who are otherwise known as social landlords.
