This work is produced by the NDRS team, as part of the Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) data programme. The eligible population is all individuals treated in English NHS hospitals. The outcome is the first use of SACT drugs newly approved for routine commissioning in the NHS.

| This work is produced by the NDRS team, as part of the Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) data programme.
The eligible population is all individuals treated in English NHS hospitals.  The outcome is the first use of SACT drugs newly approved for routine commissioning in the NHS.
Time to first treatment has been calculated for a SACT drug the first time it is indicated for a cancer site.
This public-facing NDRS release provides:
• Summary measure for England
• For each drug - the mean, median and interquartile range of the number of days from approval to first use
• Breakdown by trust and cancer alliance
