Details

The tables in this document show shortfalls as at March 2010 between customers’ contractual rents and maximum Local Housing Allowance at the LHA rates prevailing at the time (based on median market rents), and notional shortfalls under the rules introduced in April 2011 (when they started to apply for new claimants).
