HM Revenue and Customs has announced an analytical error affecting published statistics for First Time Buyers’ Relief values and claimant numbers in financial year 2020 to 2021 and financial year 2021 to 2022 in the quarterly Stamp Duty Land Tax statistics publication. This error did not impact tax liabilities or payments received by HMRC.
