These data are published in support of the Dementia Strategy and the Dementia Challenge.

Please note that the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) Recorded Dementia Diagnoses - August 2015 release was delayed from September. This was due to insufficient data coverage caused by technical issues in the process of extraction of data from GP Practices, and affects scheduled releases in this series throughout October. We apologise for any inconvenience.
