Details

The Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) has published the Public Health Outcomes Framework (PHOF) data update for November 2025. 

The data is presented in an interactive tool that allows users to view it in a user friendly format. The data tool also provides links to further supporting information, to aid understanding of public health in a local population. 

This update includes new data for 49 indicators, including indicators on:

• mortality
• overweight, including obesity, prevalence in children
• childhood immunisation
• early cancer diagnosis
• loneliness
• smoking prevalence
• violent crime
• child development
