The profiles provide an overview of palliative and end of life care in England at various geographies.

Details
The percentage of deaths with three or more emergency admissions indicators have been updated with 2019 data for England, clinical commissioning groups, sustainability and transformation partnerships, strategic clinical networks and NHS regions.
There are three indicators on this topic, each representing a different age group at the time of death:
- people who were aged 75 or over
- people who were under 75 years of age
- people of any age
The Palliative and end of life care profiles are presented in an interactive tool which aims to help local government and health services to improve care at the end of life.
