A further report included for the first time statistics covering powers under terrorism legislation including arrests, outcomes and stops and searches up to 31 March 2009 (Home Office Statistical Bulletin 18/09).
Home Office Statistical Bulletin 10/10 provides a quarterly update of this data for the period up to 31 December 2009. The report also includes provisional data on the use of s43 and s44 powers in the third quarter 2009 to 2010.
