This release contains statistics relating to stock of properties for England and Wales. The statistics provide information on the number and value of the stock of rateable properties (known as “hereditaments”), broken down by sector and geographic location. This publication was merged with the business floorspace statistics in 2019 and now includes floorspace statistics broken down by sector and geographical location.
