This update contains data from 153 local authorities for:

• January to March 2026 (quarter 4 for 2025 to 2026)
• cumulative data from April 2021 to March 2026
• amended statistics for 46 local authorities for April to June 2025 (quarter 1 for 2025 to 2026), July to September 2025 (quarter 2 of 2025 to 2026) and October to December 2025 (quarter 3 of 2025 to 2026)

The NHS Health Check programme aims to help prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, kidney disease and certain types of dementia in people aged 40 to 74 who have not already been diagnosed with one of these conditions.
