Details
The responses of maternity patients, and patients who have been treated in an acute setting as inpatients or in A&E, to the question “how likely are you to recommend our ward/A&E department to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?” The score is presented as a percentage of respondents who would/would not recommend the service to their friends and family. Data are published at trust, site, and ward level.
Official statistics are produced impartially and free from political influence.
