• Total landings by UK vessels decreased by 9% in January 2024 compared to 2023. The value of landings in January 2024 (£129.0 million) also decreased by 17% compared to 2023.
• Landings in January 2024 comprised mostly of Pelagic species (84%). Pelagic species also comprised the majority of the value landed (70%)
