Highlights

• The total quantity of landings by UK vessels (38 thousand tonnes) decreased by 26% in April 2026 compared to 2025. The value of landings in April 2026 (£55.5 million) also decreased, by 19% (£12.7 million) compared to April 2025.

• Landings in April 2026 were comprised of mostly Shellfish species (41%) Demersal species comprised the majority of the value landed (48%).
