These statistics are part of the collection ‘Tax relief statistics’.
The tables on this page provide estimates of the revenue costs for some of the non-structural tax reliefs.
Where it has been possible, cost estimates are provided for the 6-year period between the 2014 to 2015 tax year and the 2019 to 2020 tax year. The figures for 2019 to 2020 are in all cases forecasts from previous years’ actual data.
For some of the non-structural tax reliefs, cost estimates are for a single year only. These estimates are for the latest year for which we have available data, which in most cases is 2017 to 2018 or 2018 to 2019.
For non-structural tax reliefs where it has not been currently possible to provide a cost estimate, these are listed separately.
