  1. 12 August 2026

     Table 2 (tables 2a and 2b) and Table 3 have been amended to correct a previously published figure that included double counting. Corresponding absolute and percentage change values have also been updated accordingly.

  2. 5 June 2026

     Update to the 2024-25 final outturn release, to reflect data now submitted by all LAs.

This release provides the final outturn for local authority capital expenditure and receipts in the financial year April 2024 to March 2025.

The final outturn information is derived from capital outturn returns (COR) submitted by local authorities in England.
