This is an Official Statistics in Development release.

This release was corrected on 12 October 2026 at 11:19. The ‘Matching stages for each ICES rectangle’ sensitivity analysis (Section 4.4.7, page 28) was corrected to reflect the full set of ICES rectangles with more than 10 tonnes of allocated live weight. The matched data results (Section 4.4.5, page 25) were also updated following a minor amendment to the allocation of live weight between Stage 1 and Stage 2 matching. Stage 1 matched live weight increased from 86.7% to 86.8%.
