Revision of June statistics:
A production error was discovered in this document originally published on 28 July 2016. This error was in Chart 1 on page 6 of the publication.
The dissolution figure for the week 4-10 June 2016 was incorrectly shown as 9,695. This figure should have read 6,695. This error has now been corrected. The Monthly Register Activity and Week on Week spreadsheets have also been corrected.
